Refund Policy
& Terms

PAYMENT POLICY

Generally we invoice our clients of the completion of their print order.

Orders above AUD$250.00 in value will require a 50% deposit before we are able to print your order.

Overseas orders require 100% payment upfront.

 

PROOFS

Printing proofs are provided to measure print resolution and intended colour prior to printing a full/larger image. As these prints are offered at a heavily discounted rate, they are not intended for resale and as such are not sized etc prior to printing.

 

IMAGE RE-SIZING FOR PRINT

Image files that are provided for printing that are inconsistent with the order print size will be re-sized at a charge of $5.00 per file in accordance with our file preparation requirements.

 

RETOUCHING EDITING WORK

We reserve the right to charge an additional $10.00 per order for any editing work requird prior to printing, including removing dust spots, hot spots or any other element that detracts from the quality of the finished. We will endeavour to contact you prior to undertaking this work where practicable however we hope our clients understand that work is undertaken with in the interest of producing high quality printed work.

 

REFUND POLICY

As prints are 100% custom ordered we unfortunately cannot refund an order once it has gone to print.

We guarantee all of our work to meet the highest standards including the safe arrival of shipped prints. Should any prints arrive damage or with fault, please contact us directly and we will work with you to ensure that the issue is rectified.

 

COLOUR ACCURACY

Please be aware that your computer or device screen make not be an accurate rendition of the printed image. As part of our process we use calibrated monitors and calibrated printers to produce consistent and accurate print runs. The colour on your screen is controlled by the colour profiles of that device. If you are concerned about colour variations and matching specific applications, please contact us to discuss.

Please note: All framed and stretched works are handled by Lush Frames Picture Framing. Please contact Lucy (+61 427 978 884) should you have a query or concern about framing.
