TAKUMI Studio offers Edition Printing for Artists and Photographers throughout the South West and Australia.
We are completely flexible in how your editions are handled.
- You can choose to print your entire edition all at once and take advantage of our quantity discounts; OR
- Print each individual edition as they are sold.
Printing your work to the highest quality
Edition Printing
Successful Edition Printing relies on a number of elements:

The marriage of the above elements ensures that your editions are printed with consistency between edition 1 printed tomorrow and edition 10/50/100 printed in 5 years time.
You can elect to have your editions printed one-by-one as they are sold, or take advantage of our quantity discounts by printing part, or all, of your edition at once.
TAKUMI also offers Certificate of Authenticity printing, the perfect accompaniment to your editioned works.
Free File Preparation
We offer complimentary file preparation (sized & sharpened) where 5 or more prints of any one print file and size are ordered.

Drop Shipping Service
TAKUMI Studio offers a Dropshipping service for clients wishing to reduce handing time and costs by electing for us to ship your print orders directly to your end customer.
We have recently replaced our dropshipping fee with a packaging fee for all mailed orders. Please see our current pricing below.

Our certificates are printed and trimmed to A5 size. Please note that the entire edition must be printed at once.
The File Setup fee is to customise our Certificate of Authenticity to your specific works, media and edition size.
We welcome client provided, print ready files, in ISO size format.
Hahnemühle Certificates of Authenticity
Hahnemühle Certificates of Authenticity offer an additional level of authenticity and security to artists and photographers through the use of numbered matching pairs of holographic stickers that are attached to the rear of the print and certificate of authenticity to authenticate the pairing. Artists can maintain a register of edition numbers to ensure long-term authenticity of their work.

Our founding values
Our printing process is 100% collaborative. You have the opportunity to be involved as little or as much as you want. Your artwork, or photography, is yours – not ours. We are here to help with suggestions and advice, but ultimately to produce printed matter that accentuates your work and realises your vision.
One word to describe us? Scrupulous. Being a good printer is about paying meticulous attention to detail. Being a great printer is about listening to your client’s needs, offering solutions and then exceeding expectations – this sums up our mission.
Our printers, camera equipment, monitors are Japanese in origin – a culture that has fostered photographic development and evolution and is analogous with the high-quality standards that we hold ourselves to. A country where artisans are regarded for their dedication to their craft. To the same effect we aspire to Kaizen principles of continuous growth, education and improvement.
