TAKUMI Studio operates on an appointment basis. We are extremely flexible in meeting your needs and can arrange meetings, pickups and drop-offs after hours and on weekends.

Our demand fluctuates throughout the year. At times we can get your order out the door in 24-48 hours, while at certain of the year, order turnarounds can be 2-3 weeks. We know what it’s like to get that last minute order request from a client, and will do our best to help you out, even at the busiest times of the year. Please fire us an email and we’ll see what we can do. Please note: we apply a 20% rush order fee in fairness to other pending orders – as a rush order is generally completed outside of our regular hours to meet these commitments.

If you have something coming up we can certainly schedule a printing job even if it’s 2 months away – that way we can assist you early on with paper selections and have everything ready to go when your order reaches us.

Prints take 24 hours to off-gas after printing prior to package for shipping, or to start the framing process. This impacts on our base production time along with preparing files for print etc.

TAKUMI Studio offers a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for select projects and exhibitions. Priority is offered to student projects, environmental projects and not-for-profits. Please send an email to [email protected] and we will see how we can assist.
